Digital-Ink Co Challenge Blog DT Call

There is a brand new stamp & digi-stamp company out there called Digital-Ink Co & they are looking for some stampers to join their DT. But you will have to be quick as the deadline is on Monday 31st August at 11.59pm est. To enter the DT Call you have to display what you think are your 2 best stamped cards on your blog & send them an email. You can check out the full details at their challenge blog linked above.
So here are the 2 cards that I have decided to submit.
This first card I actually made last night for a neighbour who had forgotten a friend's Golden Wedding Anniversary. Luckily I was on hand to help her out. The stamp is an Anna Griffin Rose that I absolutely adore. I tend to use it for any occassion. I have stamped it in black Stazon onto a mushroom coloured HOTP paper. I layered this onto a cream paper that I put through my bug with my brand new impressionability. The flourish was cut from my Sizzix flower die & I added gems & a heart peel off. The flower is a mixture of a Prima Painterley Petal, a Papermania flower & a Dovecraft Jewelled Charm. The ribbons are from my stash. The paper is a K&CO paper from a stack. I have added their names in Peel offs.

I have carried the design through to the centre of my card adding another stamped rose to the left. I just added the words Golden Wedding around it. On the right I have added the K & Co paper & another flourish. I cut a scalloped oval for the message to be written on.

My second card is one I created a few weeks ago for a MAWTT/Pollycraft challenge.

I used my sharing sherbert stamp & coloured with my aqua promarkers. For further details of this card please click here.
