I coloured the image in using Promarkers & got my cuttlebug out for a change. I created the Sentiment on my computer as I couldn't find one I liked in the hundreds I seem to have.

MAWTT#35 .... Nicki's Sketch & Theme

Hi Everyone

Well what a hectic 7 days I have had but things seem to be calming down a bit again now. We had some great entries for last week's challenge... I think you all loved the fab prize from Little Claire.

We were given the chance to use this fab image from Digital-Ink.Co this week. I used my Copics to colour the image & cut out to give the edging which has created a slight 3D effect.

Day Out

Hi All

I have only just had time to get on here to tell you about my day out on Thursday. I was invited to take part in a photo shoot for a new advertising campaign for Dove. They are launching a new Shower Gel & I took part in a trial over the Xmas period.
The day started with us signing in & being offered tea, coffee & biccies will we waited to be seen by wardrobe to check out our tops. Most of us were lent different ones to wear but no biggie. We then went to make up & also had our hair done. Then the photos were started. After a couple of hours of group photos we were treated to an amazing lunch. I think there must of been about a dozen different sandwiches, crisps, biscuits, sausage rolls, choccie bars & loads of coke, juice, tea & coffee.
The afternoon then consisted of some video shoots & some smaller group photos.

So on the 19th May make your way over to the Dove website & see if you can spot me lol!!!! xx

MAWTT#34 - Heidi's Week

Hi Everyone

We have a very special treat for you over at MAWTT this week. As it was half term for a lot of the country we decided to give the GD spot to two very talented young ladies - Georgia & Jazzy. Georgia is the daughter of our very own Heidi & Jazzy is the daughter of a lovely lady that takes part in our challenges. The girls would be thrilled if you stopped by & commented on their cards.

Right onto this weeks sketch & theme. Heidi chose the theme of "Mother's Day" but feel free to make your card for a Mum To Be if you would prefer.

MAWTT #33 - Hazel's Sketch & Theme

I really don't know whats up at the moment but I am really struggling to focus on what I am meant to be doing. Here is my card that I was meant to have posted up last Thursday.... better late than never I suppose lol!!!!

Sympathy Card

This card was made for my Aunt this week. I used a variation of the Sweet Sketch Wednesday #33.I tried to keep the card fairly simple but keep to the sketch. I just loved the vintage feel to the image of the roses. I did decorate the inside of the card but the picture came out a bit blurry so haven't posted.

MAWTT#32.... My Sketch & Theme

Well it's another rainy thursday here in Essex but we have a great challenge at MAWTT to make you smile.

One of my childhood memories is playing with my dolls. I remember my Nan knitting clothes for my Tiny Tears & spending hours in the bathroom washing the clothes belonging to my Sindy & Barbie. Craftycat DT Card 2

Well I had a fab birthday weekend relaxing with hubby so now it is back to the grindstone. I have so much catching up to do I am going to snowed under for a good couple of weeks I think.

Anyway here is my latest creation for Craftycat957. Tracy has created these adorable little dragon digistamps & asked me to create something using one. So here is the card...


Isn't she adorable. I turned to the faithful easel card for the layout & coloured the image with promarkers.
