I have entered my projects into the following challenge

Theme.......Pink & Green.......Totally Papercrafts
Theme.......Pink, Green & Flowers.......Secret Crafter

Here is a gift bag & card I have created.

I used a template from Splitcoast Stampers to create the gift bag & the card is a simple plate card.

Here is a closer look at the gift bag. I had to make the bag out of 2 pieces of card as I had to increase the size of the template to fit the 4x6 cello bag that I used.

The card is great if you need a quick card as it the basics of the card are 3 nesting circles.

MAWTT#39 - Anything Goes

Good Morning to all my lovely bloggers. Well we are so excited this week over at MAWTT as we have a fab brand new sponsor. Whats been even better is we have all been lucky enough to play with some images provided. Now a lot of you will know Sally-Ann's wonderful images so if you want the chance to win a fab £10 to spend then you will need to enter our challenge.
Before I show you the card I have made using our lovely Hazel's sketch, I have to tell you that the lovely Susie has decided to step down from our DT. I wish her loads of luck for the future & am sure she will pop by & see us all from time to time.

Right Hazel has created a fantastic sketch this week & combined with Sally-Ann's image I have to say that I am rather pleased with my card.

I have also entered this card into the following challenge

The image I have used is called Just Snoozing & I have coloured using my Copics & Promarkers. I got myself a Copic Blender pen this week & I can't believe how much of a difference it makes. As you can see I have added an age to the sketch instead of a couple of ribbons & this is because it's a card for a family member. xx Clare x

OSAAT#5 - Vintage

I hope you all enjoyed the recipe challenge last week. It was great to see so many entries & it was even better to see some lovely familiar faces.
This week we have a Vintage challenge for you. Some of the DT were supplied images by this week's sponsor - June at Dezinaworld.
I have also found the following challenge to enter my card

Theme.......Happy Birthday.......Cards For Men

The sketch was used from the following blog although I am too late to enter the challenge now

Sketch.......Challenge Sketch#5.......Critter Sketch Challenge Blog

Aren't these papers just great? I decided to create a vintage card for a man as I find that vintage is generally limited to ladies. The charm was made using a snowflake sequin which I placed behind a lock washer. I fed a star brad through & attached a few jump rings. I then added a motorbike charm.

This is the inside of the card. Again with it being a card for a man I have left the inside fairly simple.
Don't forget you have until Saturday 28th March Midnight (UKTime) to enter your cards. We don't limit you to 1 card per challenge. x Clare x

Papers : Dovecraft Funky Vintage, Papermania Persimmon Collection
Image : Grandads Bike & Sidecar by Stampin Dragon Designs

Thank You Card

Here is a quick card for you all today that I have made for the restaurant that we went to for my Dad's 70th birthday a couple of weeks ago.
The waiters were a great laugh & there was no rush with the meal that gave to such a lovely atmosphere. Here is a pic of my Dad.

The card I have made to say Thank You will be entered into the following challenges.....

Sketch.......March Sketch by Caroline.......Craftycardscrappers
Theme.......Spring.......Crafty Catz
Theme.......Green.......Fussy & Fancy

I have used Tracy's dragon again, just adore this image. The main paper is green with red spots but the colour isn't looking too great lol!!! Coloured with Promarkers although I don't have a list of the colours used as it was done a couple of weeks ago... sorry!!!

As you can see from the close up of the image, I have decoupaged the cake & his claws to give a bit of added dimension. x Clare x

So Where's the Red????

Well I've had an up & down week so far but I think I am back on track today. My latest card that I have created is using an image by Tracy at Craftycat. The name of the image is Little Red Lori but as you will see I have used no red in the image at all although I did use red dps lol!!! I have entered my 1st Copics challenge with this card. It asks you to use your favourite technique that they have featured in the past year so I chose the "colouring your embellishments" technique.

I have included this card in the following challenges.......

Sketch.......Challenge #94.......Sketch Saturday
Theme....... A Feminine Celebration.......Crafty Cardmakers
Theme.......Your Favourite Copic Technique.......Copic Creations

I have coloured Lori with Copics mainly & cut round her with my oval Nellie. I used some Jolee flowers & coloured half with my pens.

Here is a closer look at the image I have used.

Here are the pics of the inside of the card. I am still getting used to my new camera so it was easier to take a photo of each side of the card rather than try & get both sides in the one shot.

MAWTT#37 - My Week

Hi Everyone

Unfortunately this week will be Nicki's last week with us. We have had a great time together but Nicki has decided she needs to commit to her family a bit more. We wish you all the best for the future hun & hope to see you join in with some of our challenges soon.

This week it is my turn to sort the challenge at MAWTT so I decided to do something a bit different. Our lovely Hazel is in the process of moving in to a new home with her 2 lads so I decided that this week's challenge is based around that theme. We would like to see you all create a New Home or Moving House card but here's the twist. We would like to see anything BUT a square card from you all.
I have included this card in the following challenges.....

Theme.......Faux Stitching.......Craftycardscrappers
Theme.......Just For Men.......Allsorts

I took this as a chance to try my hand at a Side Step or Ladder card. You can find a template for this card here . Penny has loads of free templates & sheets so why not have a look around while you are there.

You will have to excuse my pics this week I am waiting for a new camera phone to arrive as mine is no longer behaving. Anyway I decided to have aplay with some gorgeous new papers I picked up last week. The image is from this week's sponsor... isn't that Donkey adorable.

Here is a close up of this fab little guy. I have coloured him with a mixture of pens which are listed at the bottom of this post.

This sentiment is from the same range as the papers. I think its says everything.

I will be back soon with another great treat from Tracy over at Craftycat & also my 1st DT card with One Stitch at a Time xx Clare x

Sooo Excited

I am sure a few of you know that Digital-Ink.Co closed down last week. Well a few of the girls have got together & are in the process of creating their own store. Among the talent that are there are Beary Dust Stamps (who I DT for), Stitchy to name just 2. The new store is called

STITCHY BEAR STAMPS

The girls are really busy at the moment trying to get all their creations loaded into the store so you will have to be a bit patient. Any way in the meantime I have been invited to join their Design Team for their challenge blog that will run alongside the store. They are already onto their second challenge but the new challenge starts tomorrow.

I have only just joined the DT so my creations haven't been started yet but why not pop over & have a look xx Clare x

Card For My Bro!!!

Here is a card that I made for my brother's birthday this week. I have submitted it to the Sketch Saturday Week#92 challenge as well. I decided to do a card using decoupage for a change today.

You would not believe the trouble I had getting a decent pic of this card this morning. The sun is gorgeous today but for some reason the picture kept going out of focus aargghh!!! Anyway I got there in the end.

Here is a close up of this wonderful cat. Isn't he great
