Daisy Doodles - Valentines That Glisten

Good Morning from a lovely sunny Essex. I hope you have all been spoilt by your other halves today. I for one get spoilt throughout the year so its a nice meal for us tonight.

Over at Daisy Doodles this time we want to see your Valentine's cards that Glisten. So sparkles & glitters at the ready girls!!

I used some free papers from Simply Cards & Papercrafts & added a ribbon across the top. The image is coloured using Promarkers as usual!! I added chalks around the edge to soften it a little. The circle mat was cut out using my robo. I added glitter to my flowers & flat backed pearls to the corners. xx Clare x

Daisy Doodles - Free Week

Hi Everyone

I have been extremely busy this week working on my new webstore but I managed to find some time to do a incy bit of crafting. I have been playing with some stuff that I have had for ages & created a fab gift in a reasonably quick amount of time.

This easel is a great way to show off your images with very little effort. I have used Sidney the Koala & coloured him in using Promarkers. I covered the board with stripey backing paper that I printed off. Make sure you keep the back as neat as possible as the board can be removed. I then made up the easel as per the instructions. To keep the image on the board I have just used a normal mini bulldog clip xx Clare x

Well to coincide with the launch hopefully next week we will be adding Letraset Promarkers to the list of products that we stock :-) So as a special offer if you pre-order before Midnight Mon 7th Feb you will receive free p&p on your order. If you spend £10 or more you will also be entered into a prize draw to win 2 Pink Gem Design Stamps. Just message me for details here

Right onto this month's challenge........

The lovely Jill has chosen the theme of Distressing with Love. We have a wonderful collection of sponsors again this month so make sure you pop by & enter.

I went for a pink & green theme for this card. So not my favourite choice of colours but I think I handled them pretty well!! I coloured the image using promarkers & distressed the background papers with a piece of sandpaper. The colours aren't too great on the photo as it was late at night that I took the photo. xx Clare x

MAWTT GD - Red

Evening Everyone. I hope you are not suffering too much with the winds today. Luckily we have had sunshine but it is definately a tad blowy tonight.

It is the first Thursday of the month again which means its time for my Guest Spot over at Moving Along with the Times. This week they are being sponsored by some great friends of mine
The theme for this week has been picked by Pami. She wants to see lots of RED on your projects to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

I have chosen again to make an ATC & have used an image kindly donated by Stitchy Bear Stamps.
I used a last week's sketch by Cute Card Thursday but as the challenge finished last night I won't be entering it :-( I coloured the image using a mixture of Copics & Promarkers. The sentiments were rub ons that I found in my stash. Even though the dp I have used is Christmas paper I think it works really well with the image xx Clare x
